Julie Kay Stallcup
Julie Kay is the Owner and Director of Revolution Dance Center in Tujunga, CA. Julie recently choreographed "Once on this Island" at La Crescenta High School and the last 4 musicals at CVHS, and also The Film "Career Suicide" which was seen at The Beverly Hills Film Festival In Beverly Hills. Julie started in show business at the age of eighteen. Performing as a Magician's Assistant in Branson, Mo. Then moving to Las Vegas dancing as a showgirl at the Stratosphere Hotel in the hit show "American Superstars"
She moved to California in 1999 to start building the dance community in Montrose. She has taught over 500 students in the Foothill Community. Julie Kay has danced with the American Basketball Association's dance team "The L.A. Stars", and has choreographed For The Glendale High School Cheerleaders, La Canada High School Cheerleaders, And The La Crescenta High School Song Team. She was voted Best Dance Teacher for 4 consecutive years in The Foothill Leader News Press. Julie has also danced with Chelsea Clinton in The City Of Hope Spectacular, and with Bob Hope in "Hope Of America".
Julie has also choreographed The Miss Burbank Pageant and has judged national dance competitions all around the United States including The National America Miss Pageant, just this past August.
Julie has started her own dance company called JK's Dance Company where her goal is to build a confident and technical dancer.
